
Who Are We?
As a third-generation livestock farming family, we take immense pride in the land we steward and the food we produce. Greg and Jill have raised four children and are now blessed with thirteen grandchildren—all growing up with farm-fresh meals and wide-open pastures.
Our beef is carefully monitored daily for optimal health and well-being. We source young cattle from trusted local producers and finish them ourselves until they’re mature and ready for processing. Every step is handled with integrity and transparency.
Processing: We use a local butcher and processing facility. We are passionate about humane handling and the least amount of stress for the animal. You are able to CHOOSE your cuts so your freezer is stocked with exaclty what you want!
